Some app features may request access to protected device data or permissions, such as camera, microphone, photos, files, contacts, notifications, or location. We request such access only when it is necessary for a feature or service you choose to use.

When applicable, we follow these practices:

  • We explain the feature-related reason for requesting the permission.
  • We ask for runtime permission through the operating system where required.
  • We provide an in-app disclosure before access where Google Play policy requires it.
  • We limit access to the minimum data needed for the disclosed functionality.

You can usually manage or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings. If you deny or revoke a permission, some features may not work as intended.

Third-party SDKs integrated into our apps may process limited categories of data such as app events, device identifiers, crash logs, and diagnostics on our behalf. We require such providers to protect data and use it only for authorized purposes.

If an app includes ads, social login, analytics, cloud messaging, or similar SDK features, the app's Google Play Data safety form should match the actual data handling of those SDKs.

These measures may include:

  • Encryption in transit where appropriate.
  • Access controls and role-based restrictions.
